 We need a kick start includes: 

 

  • 2 hour initial consultation with you to discuss your dream special day
  • ​Unlimited phone and email support
  • ​Based on your wedding budget, we will refer you to our recommended suppliers per category including: Celebrant, Ceremony Location & Reception Venue, Catering, Entertainment, 
  • Photography, Videography, Flowers, Wedding cars, Bridal & Formal wear, Hair & Make-up plus Accommodation (if required)
  • ​Wedding Checklist and Budget Sheet

 You thought you knew what you wanted, you have looked at venues and now you need some help working out what the best option is?

Precious Memories “I think we need help” package could be just what you need.


 I think we need help includes: 


  • 2 hours initial consultation with you to discuss your dream special day
  • Unlimited phone and email support
  • Assessment of your budget, assistance with sourcing Ceremony and Reception Locations plus any suppliers
  • Wedding Checklist and Budget Sheet
  • A meeting two weeks before your event
  • Development of a Wedding Day schedule
  • Final meeting prior to the event
  • Full on the day coordination of your event for 5 hours

I Want It All . . .

 This package is for the time poor couple that have demanding schedules. With your input we will plan your dream wedding for you, so you can focus on your life and then turn up on the day to celebrate with your family and friends – All the hard work has been done. 

 

I want it all includes:

  • 3 hours initial consultation with you in person
  • Unlimited face-to-face follow-up meetings (as required)
  • Unlimited phone and email support
  • Sourcing all aspects of your wedding from beginning to end
  • All associated administration including checklist, budget, contracts and schedule
  • Scheduling of appointments with suppliers (as required)
  • Communication between venue and suppliers
  • Coordination of suppliers on the day
  • A meeting two weeks before to go through all details
  • Final meeting prior to the event for your piece of mind
  • Full on the day coordination of your event for 7 hours

On the day coordinator

On The Day Coordination

 You have invested your time into planning your dream day and want someone to make sure everything happens how you planned.

On The Day Management is more than just someone delegating tasks on the day, Precious Memories will ensure your dream becomes a reality.


 On-the-day Coordination includes:


  • 2 hours initial consultation with you in person
  • ​Unlimited phone and email support
  • Final meeting prior to the event for your piece of mind
  • Full on the day coordination of your event for 7 hours (additional hours can be added)
